The main bedroom comes complete with a double bed, bed side cabinets and large built-in wardrobes. There is a ceiling fan and the bedroom faces out onto the pool area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinets and a large built-in wardrobe. Again, there is a ceiling fan. We provide you with the following: - spare sheets and pillow covers (the beds in the main and 2nd. bedroom are all made up for you, on your arrival) - duvets and duvet covers for the cooler months - towels and beach towels - hair dryer - a baby cot, high chair and all bedding - various reading books - local maps We operate a 'meet and greet' policy, where our local agent will meet you at the apartment, when you arrive, provide you with a set of keys and information about the apartment.
Pool / Spa
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

About Stephen & Kim Welch
We first purchased a family home in los alcazares in 1999 and then decided to add an apartment in 2005, for use by our family and friends. We then decided to offer it to other guests, who could enjoy the very homely feel of this apartment and our friendly neighbours in what is a small development, with its own swimming pool, including a small childrens pool, which is accessed conveniently from our back gate.

Why Stephen & Kim Welch chose Los Alcazares
This was built by a small local developer and we liked the quality of his work, which we had seen in other developments around the los alcazares area. We wanted to purchase in a small development and we also required a swimming pool, which not all properties provide. In addition, we liked the additional security aspects of the property with a strong, steel front door and lighting around the development.
What makes this apartment unique
The property is well laid out and has the benefit of (a) being on the ground floor (b) direct access onto the swimming pool area and (c) very secure with locked gates into the block and swimming pool area.
Private hosts do not rent properties as a trade, business or profession.
