    Appartement bien situé. Cependant il y a énormément de choses à améliorer et /ou à entretenir. Vaisselle, lampes chevets, gasiniere, fermetures fenêtres.Les chambres donnent sur la grande rue et au dessus des portes de l'immeuble qui claquent très souvent, c'est dérangeant le matin et le soir. L'appartement est au dessus d'une crèche....Meme si les places de parking sont gratuites, il est très difficile d'en trouver une à proximitéVraiment le côté positif de cet appartement c'est sa proximité avec le centre historique.
