Villa MenorcaHome 14 is situated in the Calan Bosch urbanisation in the municipality of Ciutadella, approximately 400 metres from a seafront promenade and about 500 metres from Calan Bosch beach.

The property is approximately 135 m2, modern in style, with a square layout and at street level has a car park with capacity for 2 cars.

In the exterior area of the property we have a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. On one side of the house we have a built-in BBQ. And next to the exterior terrace is the swimming pool with 8 sun loungers and a table and chairs set.



The property is distributed over 2 floors:



Ground floor: Exterior terrace covered with a wooden pergola and with direct access to the swimming pool.

Large living-dining room with direct access to the exterior terrace and connected to the kitchen.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee maker, hand blender.

Fast internet connection via wifi.

Full bathroom with shower.

Double bedroom with double bed.



First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, both with access to a balcony overlooking the rear part of the garden.

Double bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

In the hallway there is a bathroom for the 2 bedrooms.

All bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

For groups formed by guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
