Upon arrival, two hours after our check in time, the property hadn't been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor, dirty sheets on the floor, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The property manager was able to get someone out to sweep the floors and make the beds but it was not clean. Then we had issues with the cooktop, the PM responded with ways to troubleshoot, which we had already done, and it was never fixed the entire time we were there. One of the bathrooms showers wouldn't drain and there was nothing done about it. The place smelled like sewer upon arrival and every morning when we woke up. I was truly disappointed with this place and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

Thank you for sharing this — we’re very sorry your stay fell so short of expectations. The condition you described on arrival was unacceptable. After your report our manager sent housekeeping to address immediate issues, but that was not enough. We reviewed the cleaning log, reinforced the full deep-clean checklist with the team, and retrained staff so this doesn’t recur. We also escalated the cooktop and the shower drain to our maintenance team for full inspection and repair, and opened an investigation into the sewer smell with local plumbing specialists. These items are being prioritized. We take cleanliness and functionality seriously and appreciate you bringing these problems to our attention.
