Bei Ankunft war unser Haus nicht sauber, im renovierten Bad hingen die Steckdosen an den Kabel n von der Wand. Nachdem wir über eine Stunde auf die Reinigung gewartet haben, sind wir zur Rezeption. Wir bekamen ein anderes Haus, nur für 4 anstelle von 6 Personen Haus, passte für uns aber. Das Haus war zumindestens etwas sauberer. Renoviert sind auch nur die Badezimmer zur Hälfte das wars. Gefühlt waren kaum weitere Gäste im Park. Internet, Fernseh und Schwimmbad nicht verfügbar aber das wurde vorher kommuniziert. Mülleimer sind sehr wenige vorhanden gerade wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist. Restaurant sollte geöffnet haben aber es war weit unt breit niemand zu sehen. Hätten wir den vollen Preis für eine Woche bezahlt wäre das eine bodenlose Frechheit gewesen.

Häuser sind recht veraltet zwar notdürftig renoviert aber sehr viel gepfuscht, fehrnsehen hieß es beim einchecken ist gerade ein technisches Problem genau wie beim wlan in der Anlage wir sollen eine email schicken das es geht dort bekommt man aber keine Antwort von Sonntag bis Mittwoch Abend keine Antwort, Sauna wo mit geworben wird gibt es garnicht und die Sauna steht sogar bei der Buchung unterm Haus also das in jedem Haus eine ist diese gibt es aber nicht und im Schwimmbad steht überall nen Zettel wegen technischem Defekt heute geschlossen wenn man rein schaut sind die Pflanzen im Schwimmbad braun Fliesen aufem Boden sind teilweise abgeklopft und liegen aufem Haufen Kabel hängen von der Decke sowas muss vorher gesagt werden und man darf nicht damit werben, gesagt wurde das wir im Nachbar Ort kostenlos schwimmengehen könne dort ist aber ein Freibad was bei dem Wetter ein bisschen zu kalt ist außerdem möchte ich nicht wenn ich sowas buche mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen um schwimmenzugehen. Freundlich ist das Personal welches gibt sind nur nicht viele Shop sollte Dienstag - Sonntag von 8-12 geöffnet sein dort hängen aber auch die Kabel runter und kaum was in den Regalen und wird garnicht erst geöffnet. Alle Lokale und Cafés an und in dem Park sind ebenfalls geschlossen. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück haben sowas ist nicht in Ordnung was hier abgeht wenn man an der Ingo fragt was man machen kann dann heißt es nur schreiben sie eine email und man bekommt so eine bescheuerten kleinen Zettel also 0 professionelle Erfahrung in diesem Park. Ich habe einige Parks in meinem Leben gesehen aber sowas ist Katastrophe.

Das Ferienhaus war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so benötigt, ein Toaster und ein kleines Reinigungsset (Lappen, Spüli,Tabs) wäre noch toll… Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung 👍, die Anlage war noch wenig ausgelastet, Außenanlagen ( mit viel Luft nach oben waren in Arbeit, daher ab 8:00 Uhr Arbeitslärm, Außenbeleuchtung sollte noch verbessert werden, kein Fernsehempfang möglich, für Kids Spielplätze vorhanden, hier fehlen aber ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten, Outdooranlagen (Minigolf) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Tropicana Schwimmbad geschlossen dafür gab es Gutscheine fürs Freibad… Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt (Frühstück 10€ ,Abendessen 20-25€/P.)… Fazit :für einen Kurzurlaub mit tollen Ausflugszielen (Bostalsee, Idar-Oberstein etc) super geeignet!

heel leuke vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht. Alles ik ook aanwezig wat je moet hebben. Het enige nadeel voor ons, is dat het zwembad niet was geopend en de supermarkt waardoor we elke dag 6 km verder moesten rijden voor brood. Dit komt omdat het park net is overgenomen is door een andere eigenaar en men nog volop bezig is om alles in orde te krijgen, Echter hadden we dit liever op voorhand geweten.
