Stay in a 200 Year Old Log Cabin with Modern Conveniences

Of course, our desire is for every guest to have a wonderful stay, and it is upsetting when someone doesn’t. I had someone look at the roof the day you checked out because we’ve never had it leak in the past. I’ve seen at my own house, a strong wind can blow rain in sideways. . To avoid problems in the future, we are going to get a contractor to replace the roof. We purchased a new coffee table as soon as you informed us. .I purchased new mattresses not that long ago at all so we will flip them. I’ve never had a complaint about them either. Nor have I had any complaints about the furniture, but I will personally go and look at it and if I need to make a change, I will. As the owner, I have cleaners and managers, but when somebody complains, I personally go and investigate. Thank you again for your feedback and I’ll do my best to make it better. I am sorry that you had some disappointments.
