As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Our villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Centrally located but not overcrowded. Walking distance to many Restaurants, Shops, entertainment and grocery stores. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We provide 2 beach bikes for your use.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is the 3rd time staying at this villa an we always enjoy it. Very clean an very close to the shops an very close walk to the beach. Perfect patio for people watching. They have bar height stools an table much nicer for a shorter stature person to see over the balcony lol .

Best Beach Getaway

Wonderful Stay at South Forest Beach

Kendall was an excellent and considerate host. The unit was spotless and as described in the listing. Access to the beach was easy and the beach was uncrowded.

Fantastic Stay

This place is so cute and cozy. The owner really thought of every little detail when it comes to a beach trip. There were such nice little touches as well. You can walk to restaurants less than a mile away. The beach was very nice and clean as well.

Beachside Stay

We stayed for a quick weekend trip but would definitely have been comfortable in the space staying longer. The couch pulls out into a comfortable sofa bed, with sheets & extra pillows provided. It is ocean front and just a short walk away with a nice view from the balcony. The furniture and furnishings are well thought out and feels bright, functional, and welcoming. We would stay here again.

Great spot for a beach vacation!

What a clean, cute, well decorated place we decided to stay for our vacation this year! The rental was really clean and smelled amazing when we first walked in! It was a perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch/balcony after our beach ventures. The property manager was very nice, and responded to any questions quickly. Thank you for the lovely rental, we enjoyed our time here!!!

Couple's getaway

My husband and I stayed for six nights. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We parked our car when we arrived and did not move it til we left. We rode the bikes that were furnished everyday, whether it was on the beach or to a restaurant. The villa is nicely furnished and everything that was needed for the beach waa provided.. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Best Villa at Seaside!

I’ve stayed at Seaside Villas several times while vacationing on HHI. This is the cleanest and cutest villa that I have rented. The decor and attention to detail is the best. The space is so efficient with anything one could need. The bed alone is worth the stay! The location is convenient, especially if you want to keep your vehicle parked. Choose Seaside 165 if you’re staying on South Forest Beach!

Overall good stay!

Vacation was awesome, great location, central to a lot of shopping and sightseeing things never drove more than 20mins in any direction for anything! Maybe not even that! Balconies were a little close together to others but other than that I think it was really really nice! My girlfriend and I had an awesome time! Place was super clean and would definitely come again!

Relaxing and Fun

Booked because it was my wife's birthday. She wanted to go to a beach area and see the water from our balcony. We enjoyed our 5 nights; the condo was well equipped and very clean; everything you will need while on vacation and more. I contacted the host for a code for the bikes and another time and received a very quick response. Of course, Hilton Head is a very nice location (food, sights...), we were equally pleased with our accommodations.

Perfect place to experience Hilton Head for the first time

The place was all redone in beautiful beach decor. It was packed will everything you need to have a relaxing week. Comes with 2 bikes and we did have a problem the first day with one, but the property manager got right back to us and provided us with a different bike. I would highly recommend.

Ideal getaway

The place was impeccably decorated, very clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was there, towels, beach chairs, bikes. We will definitely be back to stay at this property! Choosing a VRBO required a lot of time to look at all of the reviews and pics in order to feel confident. This was exactly as described. We would highly recommend this unit for a beach getaway. Proximity to Coligny Plaza, as well as Sea Pines was perfect.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - really wish we could have stayed longer! Lovely view from the balcony, direct beach access, accommodations were very clean, decor and amenities were top-notch with special “welcome” touches, small but nice pool, and a half-mile stroll up the beach lands you at a hub of great restaurants and shops. The sand is powder soft near the dunes and perfect for jogs/strolls near the shoreline. We saw a variety of sea life as well, including dolphins playing 20 yards from us in the water. Beaches were populated but not over-crowded and lifeguards are present. Great spot for boogie boarding. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT Vacation Getaway Condo!!!

Myself and two friends stayed at this charming condo by the beach. Every possible amenity was available along with some thoughtful extras (a bottle of wine, and both a coffee maker and a Keurig machine, Bath and Body Works foaming handsoap.) The decor is lovely and the bed is amazing! It was like sleeping on a cloud. It has a classy little kitchenette with everything you could need. The bathroom is spa-like with a beautiful shower. The owners recently remodeled and did not skimp on anything! This place is only steps from the beach. Five stars all the way!!!
