About this property

Charmantes Schiffershaus mit idyllischem Garten und Strandhaus

In dem attraktivsten Teil von Marstal in der Nähe von Strand und Hafen, befindet sich das charmante und modernisierte Schiffershaus von 1825 mit einem idyllischen Hinterhof und Garten.
Am nahegelegenen Strand befindet sich unser blaues Strandhaus, welches man nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter dazu leihen kann.

Einrichtung des Hauses:

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete offene Küche, ein Allzweckraum und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
Ausserdem gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer mit 5 Betten.
In dem einen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch plus eine Kommode.
In dem anderen Schlafzimmer stehen ein Einzelbett und ein Etagenbett.
Zwischen den beiden Schlafräumen gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette.

Im 1. Stock befindet sich ein grösserer heller Raum mit 3 Einzelbetten und einem neuen Badezimmer.

Im Haus sind 8 Bettdecken und Kopfkissen vorhanden.
Wir bitten unsere Gäste darum Handtücher und Bettwäsche selber mitzubringen, wenn das nicht möglich ist, können selbige gegen einen Preis von 17 Euro per Person gemietet werden und bei der Ankunft in bar mit unserer Kontaktperson/ Hausmeisterin abrechnet werden. Wenn die Buchung registriert ist, erhalten Sie die Telefonnummer der Kontaktperson.

Nice cosy house with garden, very quiet

We stayed 3 wonderful days in Marstal, In Juin it was very quiet, not much tourists. We enjoyed the garden and the house was very cosy. Restaurant and beach are nearby; Plus was the availability of bicycles. Thanks for the warm welcome

An absolutely wonderful property in excellent location. Very quiet at night. Great kitchen for home cooking. If you are over 1.9 meters tall beware of low doorways but other than that it is a wonderful place to stay on Aero.

Idyllisches Haus mitten in Marstall.

Idyllisches Haus, mitten in Marstall und fußläufig zum Hafen und zum Strand (5 - 10 Minuten). Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Schade war, dass die Fahrräder nicht funktionstüchtig waren und die Sauberkeit nicht ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat.

Hyggelig og velindrettet hus med god placering

Vi besøgte stedet med 6 voksne og vi nød at der var et køkken med det, man har brug for. Vi brugte haven og nød at bo tæt på havn og midt i Marstal. Kunne sagtens finde på at leje stedet igen.

Nach anfänglichen Unklarheiten über die Kosten für den Hund war unser Aufenthalt in Annies Haus schön und entspannt. Allerdings haben wir die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Handtücher und Fahrräder erst auf Nachfrage erhalten, das angekündigte Kajak fanden wir gar nicht und das ebenfalls angekündigte Toilettenpapier erschöpfte sich in zwei angefangenen Rollen...aber wir haben uns dadurch nicht die Urlaubslaune verderben lassen. Das Haus selbst und der abgeschlossene Garten sind sehr schön, das Haus ist praktisch, liebevoll und hyggelig eingerichtet.

Dejligt ophold i Annies hus

Vi har haft et hyggeligt weekendophold i det lille skipperhus i Marstal. Med den meget centrale placering, lå oplevelserne lige uden for døren.
