We bought this house in 2013 after renting a house a few blocks away in 2012. My wife and I totally gut renovated the house in 2017 adding a 2nd floor and a beautiful pool. We love the neighborhood so much we bought a piece of land a stones throw away and just finished building a new home.
Why they chose this property
Its a great house in a great location. Two minutes to a pristine beach and Two minute drive to Sag, the best town in the Hamptons!! 15 minutes to the ocean beaches.
What makes this property unique
This house has a great feel to it. Its super comfortable inside and out, beautifully renovated with a pool and spa and a two minute walk to the nicest bay beach.
