The house is comfortable, its location at the corner allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze all the time, and you will not need AC during the day. It has a nice area outside to hang out or to enjoy a BBQ and the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager lives nearby and he is very responsive if you need anything. Loved this place.

All in all, this was a very good stay. This house has all of the basics you need. We weren't looking for anything fancy. We just wanted a nice house close to our in-laws in a safe community. The house was very clean. We always do a nice, thorough check for cleanliness when we get to a hotel or Vacation Rental and this passed the test; no complaints It was great having A/C in the bedrooms for a good, comfortable sleep. Honestly, seeing the modular sofa in the outside area did not impress me in the pictures; I really didn't think we'd use it. But we did use it a lot. It was a great change of scenery to hang out or when someone wanted to have a quiet, private conversation. The community is very quiet. I didn't hear anyone drive around with loud music. The neighbors don't bother anyone and Hector, the property manager, lives a couple of blocks away. He is very attentive should you need anything. There are a few basics I wish they had, though. The dishware is not microwaveable, so we did not use the microwave much.

Best location

Very great experience. I highly recommend this location they make your stay comfortable giving additional accommodations such as play-pin high chair, walker not that i have infant children just find it extremely considerate of them to provide. Now what me and my family of 7 children ranging from 6 to 17 was the coolers mega plus, washer and dryer, pool, basketball court many kiosko with amazing food to eat drinks. In general it's an awesome.

Very Nice House!

House is located in a gated community. Walking distance to the beach which has a few local bars and restaurants. The community pool on site is large and the neighborhood feels safe and friendly. The owner was very pleasant and very responsive. Also check out the Fruit bowl stand outside of property for a quick snack. House was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this house for a vacation spot.

The property was great. The only complaints I have are the directions to the place were not very clear. It would have been helpful to know the name of the community as well as the house number. It would have saved us quite a bit of time in trying to find it. The instructions for getting into the gate with the cell phone weren't very clear. I would go back again though.

The property is well appointed with most necessities.

Our last two days in the property were a trying experience: Earthquakes! These events are totally out of your control. Nonetheless, a timely well being check on your guests during natural disasters go a long way. We had to evacuate 2 days earlier at 4:30 a.m. and seek higher grounds do to Tsunami warnings for the entire South, including Patillas. We had no light or water. Needless to say, we were confused and aggrevated by these events.

Jose, thanks for your comments and suggestions and that is the main reason we have a person in the area to be in contact with the guests for any issues. We apology if this did not happen during your stay in our home. I will definitely review with my property manager for future reservation. Also next time feel free to contact the home owner directly so we can update our procedures so we can accommodate your family so you have wonderful vacation in the area. I do understand the confusion due to the PR earthquakes however this area is not been affected as hard as other areas in PR. I will encourage you to give another change and come back to this area another time so you really can enjoy this wonderful area.
