In the heart of the countryside and the sea, this house is located 15 minutes south of Quimper, the capital of Cornwall with its historic districts and museums.
Quiet with flower garden close to the beaches of South Finistère, 8 km from Cap-Coz (FOUESNANT), and 12 km from Bénodet seaside town facing the Iles des Glénan, 210 m2 villa on 2,200 m2 of fenced land and sported with automatic gate.
On the ground floor :
- Fully fitted and equipped kitchen
- Living and dining room located towards the south side terrace.
- 1 separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the 1st Floor:
- 1 bedroom of 140x220 with 2 convenient nightstands + cupboards
- 1 bedroom including 2 beds of 0.90x0.90 with chest of drawers
- 1 bathroom with shower and a sink with furniture underneath
- 1 separate toilet upstairs
In the basement :
- Washing machine and dryer
- 1 large refrigerator
- 1 table and an iron
Security deposit of € 400 which will be returned upon departure.
