Notes
- The Villa is equipped with WIFI, Satelite TV and a DVD player. There are also two bikes available for the use of the Tenants at a small charge payable locally to our Agent. Ideal for exploring the places that cars can't go, like the Salt Lake Nature Reseserves. There is also a brand new cycle path along to La Mata and Guardamar in the other direction. There is also a Bus Stop close by which runs a regular service to Guardamar Although the Villa is not immediately adjacent to the main road, it is around 70 meters away, so there is some road noise.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

- Please respect the neighbours at all times and keep noise to a reasonable level. Failure to do so may lead to exclusion from the Villa without refund.
- The Owner does not except liability for any injury howsoever caused as a result of the use of the property, facilities and pool.
