On the second floor, it consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), living room, bathroom and kitchen.
It has a nice balcony above the beach and a backyard, which gives the house an exceptional natural light. All rooms are exterior and with natural light.

Its exceptional location allows you to go down to the beach directly.

The apartment is located in the urban center of Sanxenxo, with direct access to the beach and a few meters from the marina, playground, supermarkets, leisure areas and bars and restaurants.

By car you will easily access the spectacular beaches of the Baixas estuaries (La Lanzada, Areas ...) and towns such as Cambados, Combarro, Portonovo, O Grove, La Toja Island, etc.

Santiago de Compostela, Vigo and Pontevedra 40 minutes by highway.
