Located directly on the beautiful white sand beaches of Vanderbilt Beach, our condo is richly appointed with complete furnishings for your home away from home.
All rooms are spacious from the entry foyer to the master suite with a king-size bed. All furnishings are new and reflect the upscale area of Vanderbilt Beach. There are 2-3 bedrooms: Master, guest, and Den with pull-out sofa. Washer and dryer are in the unit. There are beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Theater, shopping, and fine dining are right around the corner.
The building has a heated swimming pool overlooking the warm coastal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit looks directly over the beach and water making a perfect vantage point for watching incredible SW Florida sunsets!
