House is south facing so it gets sun most of the day. It has newly refinished oak floors throughout and some tile/travertine in the bathrooms/laundry room. You would be welcome to use the fully furnished kitchen. It is stocked with Williams Sonoma or similar furnishing - appliances (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.), pots and pans and all dishes/glassware/kitchen tools that you might need. The living room has a wood burning fireplace. There is a separate laundry room with an extra sink and place to hang clothes.

The bedrooms are fully furnished w William Sonoma Home or Pottery Barn sheets/towels. The two bedrooms upstairs are master bedrooms with private bathrooms en suite. These bathrooms are newly renovated with new everything, wonderful lighting and modern touches. Third bedroom is downstairs and has a bathroom just down the hallway. This bathroom has been nicely updated. Each bedroom also has own smart flat screen TV (w Netflix, Amazon etc). There is a closet system in each of the bedrooms. The house also has many smart home features, including Ring, Alexa, a smart lock and a smart thermostat.

Location: House is located in South Salinas in the neighborhood of Mission Park. It is about a mile from downtown Salinas with a variety of restaurants and a movie theater.
