• The two main bathrooms are both en-suite with the bedrooms and there is a separate toilet and wash basin situated off the reception hall. Bathroom one has a large walk in shower with a drying area, a toilet, bidet and wash basin. Bathroom two has a full size bath with a shower over, a toilet, bidet and wash basin. Both showers, bath and wash basins receive their water from the cylinder heated by solar panels on the roof with the backup of an electric immersion heater.

Notes

• The villa is extremely comfortable and well equipped as it has been furnished for our own use and not just the rental market. There are plenty of kitchen utensils for full family cooking (if you want to!) All bed linen, towels, soap and dishwasher powder are provided for you but please bring your own pool and beach towels. We would prefer the villa to be non smoking inside but there is plenty seating outside. A car is not necessary as you can use the courtesy minibus to the old town and beaches. A local bus which runs a circular route to the old town, marina, town hall and bus station is approximately every half hour from across the road from reception and is 1 Euro. A taxi is about 5 Euros anywhere in town. A car is handy if you want to visit the new Algarve Shopping Centre which is 5 minutes away and has a cinema, bowling alley, numerous restaurants, massive supermarket and discount retail stores, or to visit one of the many beautiful beaches in the area.
