- The bedroom area has two single beds a large all purpose wardrobe bed-side tables etc and is separated from the main apartment by a sliding glass door system, which can be opened to create an open plan styled apartment. In the living area there is a large bed sofa, which converts into a very comfortable double bed. There is a top quality fully fitted kitchen ideal for cooking and dining either in the apartment or on the terrace. There is a lift in the building. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a superb view across the bay to Cap-Ferrat the hills behind and the old town below. The apartment has Air- conditioning and a large ceiling fan in the kitchen area. (There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment)
