About Kate Rayner
Tim, Kate, Ned and Poppy live outside Chester. We bought the house when the children were small and it has already given us memories to treasure for ever. We both knew Rhosneigr as children and it still never fails to bring a smile to our faces! We love the versatility of the area and spend hours beach combing and surfing and generally loving sea life with our spaniels Salty and Mabel.

Why Kate Rayner chose
SunnySands (named by the children!) ticked all the boxes for us in terms of what we would want if we were choosing a holiday. The location is quiet and safe but so near to all the action and amenities. Children can have their independence as the high street just minutes away. We are so close to the beaches that it doesn't matter what we forget to take down there and how many times we need to pop home! We take a lot of care to ensure the house is well maintained and comfortable and we really hope you enjoy it in the way we do.

Location, location, location.......! Ample parking for 3 cars off road. Private, large, enclosed south facing rear garden. South facing sun room. Large dining room that seats 10 easily. Downstairs bathroom. Big utility room with units, sink, additional fridge freezer and storage. Sea views. Quiet location in cul de sac.
