Located near shopping, restaurants, parks, movie theaters and the World Famous Daytona Beach only 2 miles. About an hour away from the attractions in Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, Historical St. Augustine or visit Volusia Counties own attractions. World famous Daytona International Speedway among other amenities.
Can't beat the back yard and the view, grilling out in the evening. Great fishing off the dock. Enjoy your morning coffee with an amazing sunrise on the outdoor patio overlooking your own dock on the Inter-Coastal waterway (Halifax River). Taste the salt air. Large fenced back yard, fun for volley ball, cornhole, tossing the frisbee.

A home away from home
Thai property is excellent for families and children, as well as anyone else. It is convenient to everything, yet has all the comforts of home and you don’t have to leave. You can feel the personal touch from the managers as owners versus the large property management feel. The kitchen was well equipped better than most rentals and having kids toys, activities and games was so much fun, my kids really enjoyed. The dock, back porch and view is all you could want for in a vacation yet all the privacy. I can’t say enough good things about this and plan to hook again.

We are from Orlando so we were looking for a property on the water just for some fun memories. The owner was super sweet and accommodating and even let us extend our stay for a great price. Definitely going to be booking here again!

Budget friendly last minute getaway!
I rented this property for a last minute getaway with my husband and children. We needed something on a budget because...well life. This house fit everything we could've asked for on our short 5 day stay. The sunrise 🌅 here is amazing! Several of us sat on the dock for hours in the mornings and evenings. We caught plenty of fish and enjoyed watching dolphins as we sat out there. The only downside was the cleanliness. I own a cleaning business so you may think I'm being picky but even my children noticed the cleaning was pretty lacking. However we didn't let it get us down and made the very best of it! Heck we'd probably stay again if they'd have us!

Our worst rental experience EVER!!!!
Booking was easy. However, everything went down the drain after that. Our family travels every year for vacation, and this has been the worst rental we have ever had. The communication as far as checking into the rental was terrible. Upon arrival, the place was not properly cleaned. There were items broken within home. The worst part is, after checking out the hosts had the audacity to put the blame on our family that we broke those items, and placed an extra $500 dollar charge on our card along with accusing us of theft. A complete insult. We rent every year for our family vacation. We always have and will continue to respect the properties that we rent out. It took them days to provide proof with the multitude of accusations that they falsely claimed, yet they were only able to provide photos of the two items that were ALREADY broken upon arrival! We also found urine and blood stains all over the king sized mattress when we changed our sheets, and one of the bathroom toilets was broken and leaned forward every time we sat on it. I absolutely would not recommend renting this property from these people. Clearly they are looking for ways to cheat people out of their money!
