Condominium building in Bucerias of only 40 condos, overlooking the ocean. Only 3 blocks from the beach. Ideally located near the heart of Bucerias. The ground level of the building has retail shopping including salons and restaurants.

On the rooftop you can see beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. There is a common area with chairs and tables, charcoal grill, sink and counters. An infinity pool with wading area where kids love to play. Also bathrooms on the roof level for convenience.
