Thank you for your feedback. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we are sorry that the stay did not fully meet yours. As this was a longer stay, we made additional efforts to support the guest throughout the reservation. Our team delivered household supplies regularly and visited the property at least 3–4 times for cleaning and additional inspections. When the guest accidentally encountered an issue with the door lock, we also arranged for someone to come to the property and assist. Regarding the hangers, the property was equipped with approximately 40–60 hangers. We also arranged an additional inspection after concerns about cleanliness were raised. One of the marks on the floor is permanent staining from paint that unfortunately cannot be completely removed through normal cleaning. Regarding the Montreal accommodation taxes, these are collected and handled directly by Airbnb in accordance with local requirements and are not additional charges received by the host. We genuinely made every effort to respond to the guest’s requests throughout this extended stay. We understand that every guest may have different standards and expectations, and while we are disappointed that our efforts did not result in a satisfactory experience for this guest, we respect their feedback. We will continue to improve and do our best to provide a comfortable experience for future guests.
