About this property

Vacation on the farm, in the middle of the Ehrwalder Moos, next to the cross-country ski trail.

The Hauserhof:

The Hauserhof is run and managed by the Kaltschmid family since 2003.
,
The farm consists of the private area, the apartment and the farm building.
With us live another 24 cows, 1 bull and about 25 young cattle on the farm. With us you can also set horses. Currently we have 7 Einstellpferde in the barn and 2 donkeys.


Our apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance.
First, you are in the heart of our apartment, "the large kitchen"
Opposite there is a small niche, where a sofa bed is located. The offers two people a place to sleep, and is also ideal for relaxing television.

About two steps lead to the kitchen and sitting area.
The kitchen is very well equipped and also has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove with four plates, coffee maker, kettle and much more.

Right behind it is the bedroom - 3 bed rooms with shower / WC. From the lower area, you will turn left on two levels in a small hallway where there is a small wardrobe and the info corner. Straight ahead the second bedroom. In addition to the hallway is still a bathroom / WC. In the lower part is the cozy couch where you have enough space to rest.

Many are the ways by all senses to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, in the summer while hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, horseback riding, tennis, etc. and in the winter while skiing, cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating and more.
It is quite an experience to discover this little paradise. After such a beautiful and exciting day, there are still enjoying a romantic sunset.


"Your children will feel at home with us"

 You have to play a large paved forecourt to. Whether badminton or bike, go-cart, tractor game and much more. On freshly mowed lawn with trampoline, a slide with sandbox the swing and many other things.


"With us, your children, animals can get to know"

 You can caress our rabbits and donkeys, watching the chickens laying eggs and requested help us exclude the freshly laid eggs.

Also you can watch our Einstellpferde and get to know the cows and calves.
Maybe you are our cats Wuzl and the two young Charly and Fuxi run into, and if the two happen to feel like that can also be petted.

Great stay

The location is perfect- nature pur as we expected. The flat was ncie and spaciouse. Clen and friendly host who recommended us to different walking track and other activities. I would highly recommend the place.

Toller Ort für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche auf dem Hof, unsere Kinder durften beim Eiersammeln und Kälbchenfüttern helfen und sind auf dem hauseigenen Spielplatz herumgeturnt. Die Lage des Hofs ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und der nächste Badesee ist nicht weit. Wir kommen sehr gerbe wieder!

Urlaub auf dem Hauserhof

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Frau Kaltschmidt war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns das Leben auf dem Bauernhof gezeigt und erklärt. Das Wetter spielte mit und die wunderbare Bergwelt sorgte für gelungene Ausflüge. Ehrwald und die Zugspitzarena bieten viel Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung für Familie und Kinder. Leuk verblijf

Een fijne locatie bij een boerderij. Je zit wel met je slaapkamers pal aan de koeienstal. die maken nog wel eens lawaai vroeg in de ochtend of laat in de avond. Kamers waren mooi schoon. Wij lazen dat er 3 slaapkamers waren, maar het zijn er maar 2 met 2 badkamers wat wel heel fijn was.

Ferienwohnung Ehrwald

Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren geräumig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die gesamte Ferienwohnung war sehr schön warm, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert, wenn man außerdem noch Tiere mag, wer Tiere weinger mag, kann den Kontakt auf dem großen Grundstück auch meiden! Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub in direkter Nähe der Zugspitze

Herzliche Gastgeber, familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung und der Bauernhof ist ein Paradies für Kinder. Wer nach einem Urlaubstag noch entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen will, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kinder entdecken in der Zeit den hauseigenen Spielplatz und die Tiere. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen den Hauserhof ohne Einschränkungen weiter. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wenn man selbst kochen möchte.

Bigger and nicer than pictures make it look

We had a nice stay! Communication with the landlord was a bit slow to get the wifi password, but we didn't need anything else. It was cool to check out the animals around the farm. The kitchen had all of the essentials we needed.
