This cozy cottage is located just off the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake strip. Stay close enough to all of the action with the comforts of peaceful evenings.

Located behind the east end of the GOTL Strip.

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

Perfect Cottage

My husband and i had a wonderful week long stay. The house was bright and clean. There was a little hiccup with the front lock, but that was corrected veey quickly and no further issues. The management team was prompt and courteous. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend! House was very clean and the neighbors are very nice! Not a far walk from the strip which was wonderful and it was a very quiet area for rest and relaxation! Would stay here again!

This cabin is adorable! It was perfect for a weekend and wine tasting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Will definitely stay here again!

Whenever I had a question, the property owner always got back to me. It was such a nice place to stay in. The decor was wonderful if you ever think of going to stay at Geneva, this is one place. I would highly highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a quick trip

My friends and I went to the wineries for the day so we only slept in this property. I’ve stayed here before so I was familiar with the area. It’s a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood.

Work/Vacation

I had to be in Ashtabula for work for several days. This house and fenced in yard was perfect for me and my small dogs. I have stayed here before but can't say enough good things. It is a great place and I look forward to staying there again!

Nice place to stay

The location was close to everything. Outside could use some freshening up. Once inside it was clean and not full of clutter! Water pressure was great. My dogs loved the back yard.

Very nice property. Everything there you need for a few days away from home. Plenty of room for two and two small dogs. Short drive to all GOTL offers.
