• WE PROVIDE: A selection of DVD's family games, playing cards and dice games, mini pool table. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and an assortment of snacks are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. Coffee maker, toaster and blender provided. Tankless water-heater (endless supply of hot water). OUTSIDE: One gas BBQ Grill - hooked up to natural gas (no tank needed) AND one charcoal BBQ grill (charcoal not provided). Picnic tables, patio chairs and umbrellas. Covered swing, horse-shoes, badminton, sun-bathing and relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating and extra tables for your use. 4 adult size - 'His and Hers' cruiser BIKES and 2 KAYAKS available upon request for an additional rental fee. NOTE: Bike helmets and life jackets are NOT provided. Please bring your own helmets and ride at your own risk. The renter assumes all liability for injury to self and to the bikes and kayaks if damaged, or stolen. Combination bike locks provided.
