UPDATE: All work on our unit is complete and the balcony is open!! There is still construction activity on other units, but all work on Tower 1 is scheduled to be completed by Summer 2023.

High Sign Beachfront Penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary delights. The living area is game-day and movie-night ready with a wall mounted TV and oversized sectional couch. The dining area has comfortable seating for six perfect for family meals and game nights.

Great away

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. Was right on the Beach. The beach chair attendants were friendly and helpful. The condo clean and well equipped. The construction was a little bit of a pain but not too bad. Would say destin is busier then I was expecting but we managed just fine. Our stay was very nice and liked our condo!

Amazing property

My kids and husband told me it’s the best place we have stayed at so far. Beautiful views of the beach. We saw dolphins daily. The free chair and umbrella service was awesome. Very clean and spacious. The host was easy to get ahold of and check in and check out was a breeze. The two queen beds accommodated my kids perfect and we had such a nice view from our king size room. The pool was nice and warm which was perfect since it can get chilly. However we were very lucky, late March to have 70s-80 and sun every day except one. Exceeded my expectations.

Relaxing stay

Communication with Scott the property manager was easy and straightforward. I appreciate that he allowed change to my itinerary without any hassle. Check in was a breeze. Check out instructions easy to follow. Penthouse was very spacious, the view was spectacular. All the conveniences were available and working. Watch out for rip currents on the beach.

We booked this condo with high expectations based on the photos, but were very unimpressed with the host on this property. Was told that we would receive the code the morning of the stay, after an almost 9 hour drive and an hour away from Destin realized that we hadn't received anything. I messaged the host, and received a reply from the former property manager that he was no longer managing and the host was away for 5 weeks. He was able to get me a method to get the actual key to the condo but no security code to the door. He did say that he was in contact with the property owner. Not a word from the host - thankfully this former manager was helpful because we never would have gotten into the unit without him. Once in the unit, the towels and sheets were changed but there was no other cleaning that was done. There was still trash in the bins and debris in the sinks, there was a ton of crumbs on the kitchen floor and dirty plates/glasses in the dishwasher.. etc... it was awful. We rewashed everything before we used anything. I texted the previous helpful former manager (still nothing from the actual host) and he was able to get us a discount on the room based on the trouble that we were having. He was amazing and we are so thankful that he stepped up when the host was MIA. Aside from that drama the condo does indeed have a lovely view and it pretty well appointed but next time I am staying somewhere else where there is an attentive host.

Perfect

We came for a girls trip and i cant say enough about how great our stay was. The condo was very nice and clean. Scott responded immediately when we contacted him. The condo is in a great location just a few minute uber to anywhere we went. We loved it so much we have booked it again next year for our birthday girl trip.
