A native Atlantan, Marietta, GA has been home for over 27 years. Fell in love with the Blue Mountain Beach community 20 years ago. and in 2002, purchased Units 5A and 5B - VRBO listings 22163 and 26585 respectively.
Why chose Blue Mountain Beach
This building is literally closer to the water than any building in the entire area. AND our units are located on the west end of the building which provide stunning and unobstructed views of the beach to the south AND west all the way to Destin. Beach access is really just a few steps away.
What makes this Apartment unique
The two units at Blue Mountain Villa Townhomes are self managed. As such we provide personal attention that is sometimes lost with the big rental companies. The unit has been listed on VRBO since 2003 so you can rent with complete confidence.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
