Great location, but mis-matched

This property is a real mis-match. It is really two apartments. The upstairs flat has been re-furbished and has the full working kitchen, decent shower room, whereas downstairs is very tired, and not even a kettle to make a coffee/tea in the 'kitchenette'. Access from one apartment to the other via an outside staircase. The location suited us, and is a good position to walk to the market (which is superb!) and beach. In order to leave the property, the host has to 'check you out' and go through paperwork and check the property - this isn't something we were aware of and put us behind schedule on meeting family. It has potential, but the ground floor area needs a refurbishment to bring it in line with upstairs.
