Wunderschönes, geräumiges Ferienhaus

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal im Haus Gulde und es hat uns wieder sehr gefallen! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, wunderbar geräumig und liegt wunderschön am Waldrand. Familie Gulde hat das Haus liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist wirklich alles da, was man so braucht, vom Feuerzeug über Bücher bis zu den Teelichtern. Das Haus ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Lounge, hier lässt es sich gemütlich lesen. Unseren Kindern haben vor allem Spielscheune und Spielzimmer gefallen.

Super Unterkunft in toller Lage

Eine tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz rund ums Haus zum Spielen und relaxen. Sehr nette Vermieterin mit einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus, das an nichts fehlt.

Tolles Wohlfühlhaus in toller Lage

Ankommen und wohlfühlen. So könnte man das Landhaus Gulde in einem Satz beschreiben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sogar weihnachtlich dekoriert. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk lag bereit. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, der Kamin bereit zum Anzünden. Weiteres Kaminholz stand ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung. Keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Da wir im Nov. für eine Woche vor Ort waren, konnten wir den Außenbereich erwartungsgemäß nicht nutzen. Hier gab es jedoch auf jeder Seite des Hauses Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass man sicher auch im warmen Sommer immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden wird. Die freistehende Lage des Hauses direkt am Wald fanden wir sehr angenehm. Für Unternehmungen ist ein Auto jedoch Voraussetzung. Für Ausflüge zum Arber, Silberberg, nach Bodenmais usw. braucht es jeweils ca. 30 – 45 Minuten, was für uns absolut ok ist. Wir haben trotz widrigem Wetter tolle Wanderungen unternommen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, da hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Badezimmer bekommt von uns keinen Designpreis, erfüllte aber voll und ganz seinen Zweck und war, wie übrigens das komplette Haus, sehr sauber. Im oberen Stock hatten alle Zimmer hochwertige Fliegengitter. Das Bett war bequem. Handtücher für Bad und Küche lagen in großer Anzahl bereit und waren nicht (wie schon erlebt) abgezählt. WLAN funktionierte im ganzen Haus einwandfrei und schnell. Man spürt sehr deutlich, dass sich die Vermieter viele Gedanken darüber machen, Ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Zusammenfassend können wir das Haus daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Frau und Herr Gulde waren bezüglich An- und Abreise äußerst flexibel und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auffällig: Es ist wirklich alles da, vom Kugelschreiber über sämtliche Küchenutensilien bis hin zu einem HDMI-Kabel zum Anschluss eines Notebooks an den Fernseher. Alles hochwertig und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen - herzlichen Dank!

Tolles Haus!!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in dem wunderbar eingerichteten Haus. Die Lage ist super, gemütliche Betten, super ausgestattete Küche mit Kamin und zusätzlicher Lounge zum Erholen. Einzige Überraschung war, dass die 2 Toiletten und 2 Duschen in einem Bad waren. Das war für uns nicht klar, dass es sich nicht um 2 seperate Bäder handelt. Ansonsten toll toll toll! Vielen Dank!!
