Entrance through the terrace, facing south and with a sun blind. Living room equipped with a sofa, TV (german channels only), Wifi, dining area, safe. Fitted kitchen with built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven.
Bedroom: air-conditioned, 160x200cm bed, TV. Access to the east facing terrace.
Shower room: shower, vanity unit and WC.
Rented with a numbered parking lot in the residence.
NO SMOKING AND PETS PROHIBITED
