About this property

On a beautiful open nature plot with short distance to the wide sandy beach lies this spacious vacation home.

The house is bright and friendly furnished and decorated with white painted walls. You enter the house through a beautiful entrance hall with underfloor heating. The rest of the first floor consists of an older kitchen with family room and dining area and wood stove. A staircase leads to the living room with two beds in an alcove. The living room on the second floor overlooks the pool room and a small view of the sea. The large and bright pool room has a 24 m2 pool and a jacuzzi.

Around the house there is a terrace where you can sunbathe undisturbed. The property is not suitable for ball games, as it is a natural plot.

You also live close to the fantastic beaches of Løkken, Blokhus and Rødhus. If you feel like going out, you can experience a lot in Hjørring as well as in the artist town of Lønstrup or in the always beautiful Skagen. In Aalborg, a great cultural offer awaits you.

This vacation home is made for a wonderful vacation in North Jutland!

Haus mit Charme in schöner Lage

Das Haus in der Nähe von Løkken (7 km) besticht durch seine schöne Lage zwischen hohen Bäumen und Hagebuttenbüschen. Dies garantiert eine gewisse Abgeschiedenheit und ruhe vor den Nachbarn. Positive Seiten: + Schöne, ruhige Lage + Großes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für 10 Personen + Schwimmbad mit einer kleiner Nichtschwimmer-Ebene + Toller großer, neuer Kühlschrank mit eigenem großen Gefrierschrank + 800 m bis zum Meer über kleine Trampelpfade + Hasen, Rehe und Fasane im Garten vor der Terrasse + komplett ausgestattete Küche Optimierungswürdig: - Die Doppelbetten für die Eltern waren für Frischverliebte optimal - also für alle, die mit einer Breite von max. 1,40 zufrieden sind. Für alle, die breite Doppelbetten bevorzugen, sollten alleine schlafen - Es funktionierten nicht alle Lichter, die erst ein Elekriker eine Woche später reaktivierte - Dafür brannte die Schrankbeleuchtung in der Küche 2 Woche ohne dass sich diese abschalten ließ. - Die Heizung im Wartungsraum hatte ein Ölleck, was einen schmierigen Ölfilm in der Waschküche auf dem Tisch produzierte (der Fehler wurde von der Agentur dem Besitzer gemeldet) - Terrassentüre hatte ein gewissen Eigenleben im Bezug auf ihrem Schließmechanismus - Das Putzzeug sollte erneuert werden: Wischmob, Besen und Staubsauger hatte schon bessere Tage gesehen; der Staubsauger hat einen Wackelkontakt und ging alle 10 sec aus Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.
