We live and work in the winter in the Algarve, Portugal, in the summer we rent our house and we remain in the Netherlands.
Why Ineke Spoon en Marja van Adrichem chose Estoi
It is one of the most beautiful places in the Algarve, near our work, in addition, the house has a great view of the sea and it is close to all amenities. This Portuguese-style villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. A simple but complete kitchen with large fridge / refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and all small appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine, hallway and living room with wood burning stove. Relax on the terrace is beautiful, especially in the shade, but for the sun worshipers among you there are many possibilities. A covered terrace provides access to the utility room and offers a beautiful view of the pool, the garden and in the background the Algarve and the sea.

The villa is situated on a plot of 6000 m2 with a large garden and a private swimming pool. Our home can accommodate 3 cars. The private driveway is accessed via an electronic fence.
