Location:
The apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen. The distance from the airport to the apartment (Löwental stop) can be reached by train in 2 minutes. The city of Friedrichshafen offers good bus connections to the trade fair, the bus stop (Ravensburgerstrasse) is directly in front of the house, but you can also reach your destination in 20 minutes on foot.
You can reach the shore of Lake Constance in 10 minutes on a pedestrian path along the river (Rotach).

The shops for daily needs as well as a bakery that is also open on Sundays are in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes on foot).

Furnishing:
The apartment is in a newly built house in the basement. The large windows and underfloor heating make the apartment very bright and warm. The apartment has a living area of 43 square meters and is completely and functionally furnished.
There is a living room with a double bed and a fitted kitchen. As well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet + bide. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and a baby. (Baby cot and high chair available for a fee on request.)
 The apartment is completely furnished with new furniture. The fitted kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a pad coffee machine (Philips Senseo) and a toaster.
The tea towels, bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are also available.
The iron and ironing board are provided.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

There is parking space in a parking space reserved for you. WiFi usage is free.
