Above the Cala Literas, Cala Agulla, with a picturesque sea view is the apartment with a large terrace with sea views.
The apartment has:
     Bedroom for 2 people with spacious beds and large closet
     Bathroom with shower and window
     Kitchen / dining area / living area with table and four chairs, coffee table, sofa,
     TV with all German programs and radio reception.
The apartment can be used all year round because the air conditioning in the living area also has a heating function.
The terrace has two deck chairs, four seats, a table and sun protection. There is also a community pool in the complex.
