The apartment was fantastic. Great views, roomy, comfortable beds, excellent facilities. Unfortunately, the neighbors across the street were very noisy and screaming obscenities at each other and arguing which didnt lend positively to the experience. This is not the fault of the VRBO owner but just the neighborhood.
My friends and I had a lovely stay here. The location was great for exploring the area and the apartment is better than the photos. Great morning light and views!
Cozy apartment for our weekend away. Enjoyed watching the sunrise over the river. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Check out was super easy, just lick up and go!
House was great, spacious with all the amenities we wanted. Lots of pretty steep stairs, but that really made the place that much more interesting as the view was quite nice from the main area on the second floor and even better from the third floor.
Family stay for retirement party for Fall River Fire Chief.
Everything about this stay was outstanding. Owner was very nice, answered questions, gave good information. The Birdhouse was updated and very clean. Easy drive to get to local restaurants and surrounding towns.
Property was just as described. It was very clean and very comfortable. It was well appointed with all the things we needed. The only suggestion I would have would be to have a window AC unit in the main living area. Other than that we have no complaints we enjoyed our stay. Hi
Beautiful river views and lovely space for our family
Our son was graduating from college nearby in Norton, and this property was the perfect place for our family. Newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable for our small group. The river views were gorgeous, the setting very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. The balcony on the second floor was wonderful. Comfortable seating, umbrellas, and a gas grill. It was less than a half hour drive to Norton on quiet country roads. 15” to Taunton, and Fall River just over the bridge. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again - loved it. The owner, Craig, was very helpful and friendly, and takes great care of this property.

Carpenter Ant House
We had to kill a bunch of carpenter ants in the house!!! Stairway is very narrow and steep…not ideal for seniors!! Floor is not level in a couple of spots. There were way too many Trump flags in the community for my liking!!! Don’t rent if you’re not Anglo-Saxon!!! Most of the cookware was unusable! And it’s possibly across the street from a crack house!!
Excellent location that allowed us to visit several areas in Rhode Island and Mass for golf outings. Having parking and laundry capabilities was a big plus.
We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. We didn’t have much time in the house but found our stay relaxing. The balcony was great, neighborhood quiet and overall more than met our needs
I booked this property for our family to be able to celebrate the birthday of my youngest granddaughter. My son and his family live in Cranston, RL and it was a fair distance to commute.
The property was everything advertised on VRBO listing and more. Beds were extremely comfortable and a cozy decor. Just wished we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy all it had to offer. I may have to plan a return trip in the future.
Very nice 2nd and 3rd floor apartment. Older refurbished home. Quiet street. Off street parking and we’ll equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Would stay here again if in the area.
