A modern stay in the heart of the jungle. This 3 bedroom two bath is ideal for digital nomads and families or group of friends who want a more private jungle experience that’s also close to town. We have high speed internet, air conditioning, water filter, laundry on site, a big shared space, soak in tub & more! Wake up to the sound of birds and monkeys!
Check in is 3pm and check out is 11 am. We will accommodate you whenever possible if you need earlier check in or later check out. The house is in Playa Negra, past Hotel Banana Azul on the main dirt road, coordinates on Google maps: (9.6601795, -82.7834131). Pease don’t throw toilet paper or feminine products in the toilets. There are trash cans in every bathroom. 2. Garbage day is Wednesday, you can place trash bags outside the main gate Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. 3. If you lose the keys or garage remote, there is a fine for the cost of replacement. 4. If you break anything there will be a fine based on the original cost of item.

Why they chose this property
This house' unique construction is inspired by traditional Chinese SiHeYuan architecture but instead of 4 sides, 2 sides of the house form natural walls, connected by a deck and sunken interior patio. The garden's walkway leads you to the cemented parking for at least two cars. Baby fruit trees are growing roots in along the property to the river.

This house is a close ride to town yet far enough to enjoy some time away in nature away from the traffic and noise. Wake up to beautiful scenery and greet your animal and friendly human neighbors!
