Beautiful home with an easy walk to the beach! This is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in, kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, very clean upon arrival, and plenty of space for our families. Tylor was great to talk to and always there if we needed anything, which we didn’t. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had our children, some friends of our adult children and a couple of our friends who joined us to celebrate a graduation. It was perfect for our big group. Walk to the beach was easy and outside amenities were perfect. The kitchen had all the basics and was big enough for our group. Beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool (big deal for us).

Highly Recommended!

The house was perfect for our two families or four! We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The kids loved the ping pong table and daily golf cart rides. The kitchen was spacious and very well stocked for cooking in, which we did most nights. And to top It off, the property manager, Tylor, was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was relaxing and enjoyable. Top notch all around!

Perfect Home for our Group on the Cape

This home was beautiful and has great views of the gulf and the bay. Worked perfectly for our group of six adults and seven kids. Easy access to the beach and a safe gated community. Tylor was great at communicating with us and the kids enjoyed having the ping pong table and pool. Lots of stairs which was fine for us, just a note for anyone who may find them challenging. Very well stocked kitchen which was perfect for cooking for a large group. Highly recommend!

Fall Break Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, even though it was cut short due to Helene. The property manager of this rental is amazing to work with, made sure we were kept updated and safe! We will be back! The house is VERY spacious and well stocked - from beach chairs, toys, towels, and especially the kitchen. Highly recommend this property as it the views are beautiful from the balcony, but you can catch the sunset beachside just a few feet away. Easy access to the beach, even with my elderly mother.

House was very clean and excellent location.There were some maintenance issues. No bicycles as listed in outdoor amenities. Kitchen appliances need to be replaced.

Dear Marilyn, thank you for letting us know how clean the property was and how great the location was. As for the bicycles... the listing did have a photo advertising the (Golf cart) with bicycles in the background of the photo. I did offer to reimburse you for the cost of renting bicycles from a local company and you all chose not to rent any. As for the maintenance issues I was notified on a Saturday morning and issues were fixed by 4pm same day. I am sorry that the kitchen appliances were not up to your standard but they do all work and function properly.. For future host be sure to ask if any animals will be tagging along as I was unaware of a pet guinea pig that was staying at the property as well.

Lovely quiet area

We love this area because of how quiet it is. The house was exactly as described and a super short walk to the beach. We were quite please with the amount of beach chairs/accessories. There were many ping pong tournaments on the ping pong table which was a big hit. Also plenty of towels which is nice when you have 12 people in a house. Every room had a TV which was awesome since we were there during March Madness and MLB opening games! We did have to reach out to Tylor our first night due to a fire alarm battery needing changed, and he quickly got there to fix it (even though it was Easter). It was much appreciated.

Relaxing getaway

We booked an extremely last minute stay in the off season. Tylor was great with communication from booking to check out and very accommodating and responsive when we had any issues, including wanting to add an extra night once we were there. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils but definitely make sure to bring all of your own extras (spices, coffee filters, extra paper towels/TP/cleaning supplies and laundry detergent.) The house was comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels, a few pieces of furniture/baseboards could use a refresh but other than that everything was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed stargazing from the deck at night. Would love to come back if we have the chance.

Barefoot Escape

Great location. Gorgeous beach view. We really enjoyed being able to wake up and watch the sun rise over the Gulf. We had 13 people in our group and never once felt crowded. Tylor was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. It was my sons 7th birthday and Tylor went out of his way to get a cake and decorations to me so I wouldn’t miss out on time with the family. We’ve already started planning for our next trip for 2023!!
