Quiet and lovely

The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. It is a little way out of the centre of Dresden but there are easy bus and tram connections. The only thing missing for us was a teapot. I would definitely recommend it.

Die Wohnung ist echt super. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und durchdacht. In der Nähe gibt es fußläufig einen Netto. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind in Kilometer entfernt. Straßenbahn in der Nähe.

Einige Dinge müssten dringend repariert oder gereinigt werden: Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad, Schloss der Wohnungstüre, Licht an Dunstabzug defekt, Licht in der Küche flackert und geht auch immer wieder ganz aus (nach "Erholungszeit" funktioniert es dann wieder).Insgesamt sauber und angemessen, für (ursprünglich geplante) 4 Erwachsene jedoch knapp.

Authentische Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für ein Konzert in der Flutrinne genutzt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Vermieterin verlangt zwingend in bar zu entrichtende Zusatzgebühren, welche zwar in Ihrer verbalen Beschreibung der Unterkunft versteckt aber nicht im FeWo Preis angezeigt werden. Eine entsprechende Nachricht per Chat erfolgt erst, nachdem der komplette Preis an FeWo gezahlt wurde und keine ökonomisch sinnvolle Rücktrittsmöglichkeit mehr besteht. Die Unterkunft selbst ist völlig ok, allerdings sind die Hausgänge und der Aufzug zt durch Handwerker blockiert, die im Haus arbeiten. Schräg gegenüber befindet sich eine Baustelle.

eine große gut ausgestattete Wohnung leider kein GeschirrspülerBabybett und Kinderstühlchen waren leider nicht bereit gestellt WLAN Verbindung ist sehr sehr schlecht Lage war sehr ruhig, zu Fuß kann man überall hinlaufen, Straßenbahn in der Nähe, aber nicht super zentral Leider war der Aufzug defekt, aber wir wurden vorher von der Vermieterin darüber informiert Tiefgarage vorhanden, jedoch schrecklich zum parken Eine Beschreibung der Tiefgarage lag in der Wohnung im Schrank, wäre allerdings vor Ankunft hilfreicher gewesen Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden Keine Dusche nur eine BadewanneBadezimmerfenster könnte mit Folie abgeklebt werden, damit vor Blicken geschützt ist ohne das Innenrollo nutzen zu müssen

Leider war der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb .da die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt, hat Frau Wiedemann angeboten zu stornieren und Erstattung der bereits gezahlten miete. Frau Wiedemann wird sich mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage. Wir wurden zwar von der Vermieterin informiert, leider gab es keine Möglichkeit eine andere Wohnung zu finden. An 2 Tagen fanden auch noch Bauarbeiten mit Presslufthammer statt.
