With regard to equipment and premises it can only be described as the spacious - it stands out from the usual holiday homes. It has a floor-heating, which can be regulated in every room separately. The use is not included in the price during the winter months and costs an additional €80 per week.The house is the ideal home in winter.

Included in this 2-story house:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds downstairs, one with a king size bed in 1st floor with subsequent dressing room and private balcony and bathroom.
- 2 bathrooms in total, on the ground floor and on the 1st floor with shower
- Large kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.
- Large living room with chairs, dining table with chairs, fireplace, satellite TV with English and international channels
- Winter garden with revolving doors, here is also a comfortable table and chairs.
The house has some 150 square meters.

The pool measures approximately 5 x 10 m and is completely fenced - there is also a shower and garden beds
Several large parasols are available, also a barbecue and outdoor-kitchen, with table and chairs.
A small utility room adjoins the covered porch. Here is the washing machine and clothes lines.

The area where this house is located is called "Majadales de Roche" - in the area are other holiday cottages and the pine forest of Roche, and some agriculture. The entrance to the luxury urbanisation Roche is within a few hundred meters, where there are several fine sandy beaches, restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, open WiFi and a few bars. The beautiful, vibrant city of Conil is about 6 Km away. Several golf courses are just 10 minutes by car.

A cot is provided on request without charge
Wifi connection available from March to November (contact for this service outside of that period)
