Right on the waters of the Alton Bay waterline and nestled against the tall pines of Mount Major State Forest, this studio includes a luxurious queen-size bed and a double sofa bed, perfect for a long and relaxing getaway with someone you love! You'll love waking up with your first cup of coffee down at the water's edge. The shared gas grills will make it easy to host a fun-filled barbecue with friends on those hot summer days. After an afternoon on the water, you can come back to spread out on the comfortable sofa to catch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator and even a four-burner stove to help you prepare a quick lunch to enjoy with a friend. The dining table includes seating for three guests. Don't forget to take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for a nice hot-weather hike or post your best memories to your social media.

Great stay

Needed a place somewhat close to Bank NH Pavillion for a concert. This was an easy and scenic 20 minute ride away at a quite reasonable price with a convenient kitchenette and lovely views. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants and things to do. Although the room was somewhat outdated, we had a great stay. The view from the property is simply gorgeous. Loved the access to the deck by the water. The seating outside the room was nice. We opted not to grill becauae we worried it'd be in use when we needed it, but discovered there are actually 3 grills there so that’s helpful! We cooked in the room and were able to make the meals we brought with the kitchen items provided. Walls are thin but neighbors were quiet and the stay was very peaceful.

short weekend visit with family.

The bed was very comfortable and the weather was beautiful. There was no hot water one morning. The kitchen and the refrigerator both need a good clean. The freezer was full of frost. We did not cook in the unit. The unit needed a good airing, we opened all the windows, and I cleaned the filter in the ac.

Weekend stay

We stayed at this motel for a weekend. It was as pictured. It was clean for the most part, and if you don’t mind outdated then it’s fine for a short trip. The location was good. The fridge works but not well- things would not stay cold enough just fyi. We did have an issue and the management company was not helpful- our tv was missing the smart remote and we could not watch anything besides the 2 channels offered on cable tv. We did reach out to the manager via the app and they replied and said they would look into it- we asked to be given a remote from an empty room but no one got back to us. This left me wondering if there was a bigger issue if anyone would address it. Luckily, we didn’t have any other issues. We would stay again but having a third party management company isn’t helpful. Would be better to have a local manager that can help if there is something needed that would affect the stay.

Pleasant Stay

Nice location, right along the lake. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy travel to all local hotspots. Property manager was helpful to get checked in. Wish there more options for tv usage, and parking was tight for large vehicles. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Perfect place to relax

We loved our stay at King Birch lake home and would recommend it to friends and family. The units have everything you need for kitchen essentials and they even provide extra large and soft beach towels. We stayed with our 6month old son and couldn’t be happier. The view of the lake and the beautiful flowers on the grounds were picturesque as we sat out on the front lawn enjoying a morning coffee.
