Worst place I ever stayed (and I travel every 2 weeks for business or pleasure)

Not a good checking experience.. Totally dirty room as we walked in. Jump into the shower and within few minutes the whole bathroom flooded. shower clogged up, only one towel in the bathroom. Back from dinner @ 11:pm kids are exhausted, lifting the bed covers, to find out that one bed had poop spots on it, smelled poop. (I have pictures) The second bed had pubic hair all over. Disgusting. Called reception, her answer was “it’s 11: @ night, I don’t have anyone, I can send security..” 20 minutes later, no one showed up, I called again. Her answer “it’s past 11: @ night, do you want to change a room” I told her that we’re unpacked, kids are ready to sleep, send me sheets I’ll change the beds” She sent someone with an attitude and 2 sheets. Doesn’t looks like the “hotel” really cares. Room service didn’t change sheets for the whole trip. (A week) They only come to change towels and few tubs of shampoo. Carpet in the bedroom stinks. Bottom line…do NOT book this lousy place. Once they get your advance payment they don’t care. Bad business.
