Manufactured home in The TRI PALMS ESTATES AND COUNTRY CLUB ... this is not a mobile home! Three large bedrooms; two full baths; large kitchen with cook island; formal dining room; formal living room; washer/dryer in utility room. Beautifully furnished, complete with four televisions (all cable, two with DVD players); WiFi; free long distance, including to Canada; air conditioning. Private back yard with waterfall and two fountains, lovely plantings throughout front and back. Gas BBQ! Completely turnkey. Just bring your toothbrush! Golf cart available for your use in park.

Renters have use of the clubhouse, with two large pools and hot tubs. 18 hole golf course on site. Renters receive discounted rate. Tennis courts, too! Clubhouse has restaurant and full bar as well as planned activities! Five minutes from Costco and Sam's (both with gas stations), SuperWalMart, Home Depot, Regal Cinemas, Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle, other fast food and dine in restaurants. Ideal location for all desert activities year round.

Excellent stay

Our host, Tony, was excellent. He was there on our arrival to brief us on all necessary details. The hot water tank failed and needed to be replaced. He managed to get it done rapidly the same day. Impressive. The place is conveniently located and has its own golf cart to go around the community and to the golf course. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Tony.

Gem in Tri-Palms Estates

My husband Chris and I stayed at Tony’s place for 2 months. We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. It is very appointed. Tony was a super host. We highly recommend this as your next home away from home.

Wonderful stay.

Tony and Michelle are kind and thoughtful hosts and readily available to answer any questions. Home is comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished with everything you'd need. Backyard peaceful with lots of greenery and water fountains. Tri Palms has 2 golf courses and a clubhouse with great amenities and activities. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
