We do require a rental agreement to be signed before arrival. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules. No smoking, no parties, no events.
Minimum age to book is 25. We do have a doorbell camera at the front door facing away from the cabin that records audio/video.
Only two parking spots available. Pool will be open in Summer 2024, but we do not have the exact dates yet.

We hope you enjoy this conveniently located condo, along with all of it's updated furnishings! Here, you can indulge in a day of swimming or sunbathing, just steps from your door! Wind down each night with a moonlit stroll on the beach or sink into our deep seater sofa. We are located ideally in Kill Devil Hills; take a short bike ride or drive and enjoy numerous local restaurants and bars.
