Access to EVERYTHING you want around town. This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregor’s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a gym, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)

Can’t get better than this in downtown Denver. Very nice walk to and from Union Station in about 10min. Or else catch the free shuttle along 16th. Within minutes from restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spotlessly clean, toiletries provided. Basically, nothing was lacking.

So very sorry I wasn’t able to stay in Natalie’s beautiful condo. Unfortunately I broke my hip and am not able to travel. Natalie was so kind and responsive. Hopefully I’ll be able to stay there another time.

We got a harassing message from the host following our check out that included a personal attack on my character. The property itself was fine, nothing special, in a great location for what we needed. We are hoping by writing this review we can prevent someone else from having to endure her unkindness. She stated we were a problem due to the questions we had asked about the condo prior to our visit and that we used all the towels, explained more below. Questions – we had messaged her prior to our trip with some basic questions about the condo that we could not find/confirm the answer to in the description/pictures like we normally can with other properties. We also reached out to her during our stay as the AC was not working, the condo was 74-76 degrees during our stay despite the AC being set to 64. For us this was quite uncomfortable, we did not voice complaints about this, just messaged to let her know and if there was anything could be done to fix it, it did not get fixed while we were there. Towels – There were 9 bath towels. We showered end of day after being out in the hot Denver sun all day, and then we showered in the am also as we were warm and uncomfortable all night from the AC not working. We washed the towels daily but knew we would not have time to get them done the morning we left. The only check out instructions were to turn in the keys to the front desk. We had all the dishes done and put away, tidied up everything else, just did not get the towels done.

Denver Vacation

We had a great stay on Larimer Street! It was close to everything. The apartment was well furnished and easy to check in. The parking was such a bonus as well. We would definitely book again.
