Newly renovated one story house, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking for up to four vehicles. Big, fenced in yard with courtyard patio.
Electric fireplace in living room with built-in shelves and desk.
Kitchen is fully stocked, coffee/tea, kitchenware. Two bedrooms contain queen size beds, third bedroom has twin bunkbeds. Bedrooms and living room have smart TV.
Minutes from downtown Durham, Duke University and Hospital, DPAC, Durham Bulls, and American Tobacco Campus.

Great Stay

Location was a little off of the beaten path, but the home was lovely and the backyard firepit very inviting. Well equipped kitchen. The home's footprint was small but the space was well designed and was ample for two adults and a teen.

Hidden Gem

The house was WONDERFUL!! The owners were very responsive. The yard was great. The house was very pretty.. Pictures need to be updated to show new construction next door It was the first place I've stayed where it asked for your checkout date to reset the TV streaming, which was awesome!!There are a few issues why it wasn't the best. No outlets. Very strange, but everything is on extension cords.Garbage disposal didn't work. No book or pamphlet about check in, check out. No WiFi password. I just kinda guessed about washing the linen

Perfect! Everything we needed. Pictures are accurate. Comfty & very clean. Property owners were so responsive. We’ll definitely return. The fenced in back yard was great for the little grandchildren.
