This is a stylish place that is the perfect blend of modern & "old world" charm. The best part about it is that you can truly walk to all of the restaurants, bars, shops, and businesses in the borough of Conshohocken....while not sacraficing space! This house is large and feels like it just keeps going and going... With a comfortable living room & dining room for group conversations, a kitchen with bar seating, overly spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, and a workspace that will make you feel right at home. All four bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

King of Prussia shopping is minutes away as well as all of the main driving corrodores to get to Chester County, Delaware County, etc. The house is also walkable to the Conshohocken train station so you can get to Philadelphia or the airport with ease! Enjoy everything that this house has to offer with convenience, space, and style to enjoy your time in town!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please respect the checkout time of 10am. 1 hr delayed checkout may be available. If the checkout time is not adhered to a late checkout fee of $350 may be enforced if it causes delay in turnover
Please DO NOT rearrange the furniture in any way. Place any items moved back to their original locations. A charge of $100 will be added if furniture must be setup as it was by the housekeeping team
Please turn A/C to 78 when leaving for more than 4 hours and at the end of your stay. Turn Heat to 60 degrees upon completing your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties or Events are allowed without approval No 3rd party bookings. Will result in cancellation with no refund. Pet fee -$45/pet per night
Please take your trash and recycling to the outside cans and curb. Trash days: Monday Recycling Day: Monday. No smoking or vaping there will be fines
No Smoking /Vaping inside or outside the property A $2,750 fine will be imposed for ANY smoke smells/evidence of smoking by cleaners after departure.

I love to travel myself and so it is near and dear to my heart to have a great way of experiencing areas from a more "local" perspective.

Why they chose this property

This is so close to the bars, restaurants, and shops that you can even smell the menu from the ones right up the road! It's incredibly quiet yet in the middle of it all! It's just the perfect setting for being walkable to all that Conshohocken offers, including the train station!

What makes this property unique

It is the perfect blending of old and new! With some modern features coupled in with some of the "old world" details like the old fashion doors & door knobs, tall ceilings, and paneling in the 1st floor hallway. There is such a relaxed vibe in each room along with a SUPRISINGLY LARGE amount of space to accomodate you.
