Fabulous private property in Hallandale Beach close to the Ocean, within walking distance to the Village at Gulfstream Park and YMCA with his huge pool, tennis courts and gym, close to Aventura Mall & Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Beach, Bal Harbour and South Beach; great night life, dining, and entertainment. Close to all major highways. All rooms in the entire house open to covered terraces and the private pool deck. The open floor plan lets you admire the entire property surrounded by mature trees and lush landscaping for privacy in this quiet neighborhood. Can sleep up to 8 guests. Completely furnished. Very bright house. Pool has sun all day; 2 bedrooms open to the fenced in backyard facing South with their own private covered terrace. Master has direct access to a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower; 1 bedroom has its own gorgeous bathroom/shower; but most guests use the fabulous outdoor shower that has hot water. This is like showering in the rain forest in Costa Rica :-)

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all sheets on their beds and towels in bathrooms. No cleaning, no washing anything. Enjoy as long as you can! :-)
Unplug all electric items on kitchen counter! Set the AC to 78 degrees. Make sure all doors and windows are locked. Turn all lights and fans OFF inside and outside on all decks.
Remove all floating items from the pool. Make sure front door is locked and gates are closed. Bring your trash to the garbage bins close to the gate: the blue bin is for recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The number of guests booked should be the same as requested at reservation unless disclosed in advance. Additional charge above 4 guests. NO parties.
Visitation to the property by outside visitors is not allowed, obviously to avoid an open house, unless disclosed to property manager before booking.
We do not allow candles, but we do supply candles with batteries. We ask for your photo ID 48 hours before your arrival.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay at this Hallandale Beach house! Upon arrival, we were greeted by our host Yolande and were given a tour of the house and outside pool area. The house is beautifully decorated with fun pieces throughout and had anything we would need for our stay. We loved hanging by the pool during the day. The house is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach! Yolande was very friendly and great to work with! We would definitely want to come back!

Everything went great! The house was very nice and clean. The pool area is amazing. The outdoor shower transports you to somewhere in Costa Rica. My family and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation
The house needs some updating, but overall we had everything we needed. The large yard was great for our dogs and the pool is wonderful! Yolanda was very responsive to anything we needed. She’s a fantastic host!

Great stay
My husband and i stayed at this property for 6 nights. Yolande the owner meets us at the house she is wonderful. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you will need the pool area is great. We brought our 3 dogs the yard is completely fenced and they loved running around in it.

I didn't need the plumber to confirm this issue as I told you immediately the drain issue was caused by sand that was still visible when you showed it to me. I had asked you to make sure all guests rinse their feet in the outdoor shower, but I guess it didn't happen: please note that you were not charged for the plumbing repair caused by your stay at this property. Wonderful stay!
The house exceeded our expectations! The house manager was so friendly and professional. She also included extra supplies, so we didn't need to buy anything. The pool area is lovely, bigger than an average pool and lots of deck seating. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future!

This place is a GEM!!
Yolande was the epitome of "make sure your guest have everything they need". The home is beautifully done, the art and decor made us feel we were in Italy somewhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Although the neighborhood appears to be in transition we felt safe and how private and secure the home is we had not a worry in the world. Would certainly stay there again.

This property is a hidden gem and I mean that in every way. Privacy all the way around and a little piece of paradise when you get in. Host was super friendly and made sure you had everything you needed and more. Def my new home away from home whenever I go to the area.

NFL Stay
The property was in very good condition and close to the Hard Rock Stadium where we attended an NFL game. The property met and surpassed all of our expectations. I would surely rent here again if I were to attend another event in the area.

Had a great time!
Owner was very accommodating on our check-in and check-out and very helpful, asking several times if there was anything else we needed. We were doing a family reunion with 5 sisters after a cruise and property was close to shopping, beaches, etc, plus loved the pool! Owner also supplied basic laundry and kitchen supplies which was very helpful and appreciated! Also loved the two covered open porches for private get-away time!

Loved the pool
The home is gated, which was great for privacy. The pool was amazing. We spent most of our time outside enjoying it. There was an issue with cleanliness, but the host was more than willing to compensate. Host communicated well.

Great pool property in quiet neighborhood!
Our family of 7 stayed at this property (kids' ages range from 7 - 18) and loved every minute of it! The backyard pool and deck are great for swimming and relaxing, and the outdoor shower is a plus. The home was clean and spacious, and we had plenty of room to sleep in comfortable beds. The yard was private and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Our only regret is that we did not get to stay longer! We would definitely stay here again.
