This beautiful newly constructed 3000sq ft. villa. Opal 131 is located in a upscale neighborhood at the end of a cult a sac with minimal traffic. It is truly a private Island paradise getaway. There is no need to set your alarm to insure that you get that perfect lounge chair at the pool, your chair will be there whenever you arrive.
This Villa features:
** 3 Bedrooms with king size beds, 46inch flat screen TVs with digital cable, and their own
Private bathroom.
** Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes.
There are custom 2oz Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash bottles along with a homemade organic
bar of soap located in each bathroom.
** Enjoy spectacular views of the sun setting on the ocean from the master suite's front balcony! The
Master suite's bathroom is equipped with a wet bar including a mini frig., sink, and coffee/tea
maker so you can prepare a cup of coffee/tea in the privacy of your own suite and enjoy it while
watching the sun rise off the back balcony!
** There is a 60inch flat screen TV with HD digital cable located in main living area off the kitchen
along with an I Pod Doc, DVD player, and Bose surround sound.
** The extremely spacious kitchen that is centrally located in the villa features a stainless steel 6
burner stove and oven, stainless steel side by side refrigerator/freezer w/ ice and water dispenser,
stainless steel dishwasher, microwave oven, and toaster.
** As you walk out back to the pool/Jacuzzi area there is a large Veranda with outdoor dining and
lounging space. The pool also features it own private half bath and outdoor shower.
** For your grilling convenience there's a large combination gas/charcoal grill located along the side of
the villa.
The location of this beautiful island paradise is key for it's just minutes from the most breath taking beaches that Aruba has to offer (Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Arashi Beach, Malmok Beach, and Boca Catalina). Opal 131 is just a 3 minute cab ride to Palm Beach Plaza Mall where you can enjoy shopping, dining, or even catch a movie. You may also want to try your luck at one of the many Hotel Casinos which are located across the street from the mall!

Wonderful House

Relaxing vacay

As described in many reviews, this villa is truly paradise. It is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen and all its accessories was amazing! Our favorite feature was the outdoor space. We loved enjoying our morning coffee and evening cocktails by the pool. So relaxing.Angie was very responsive and efficient in all of our communications. We highly recommended this gorgeous villa. It is a perfect location to enjoy Aruba’s beaches and restaurants.

Angie and Travis's home was perfect for the six adults in our group. The kitchen had excellent amenities, all of the bedrooms were spacious with super comfortable beds. Our favorite area was the backyard and pool. We ate breakfast every morning at the table and every evening on the comfy couches and chairs. Angie was a wonderful communicator and I would gladly rent from her again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved the outside pool! We wish a little more detail went to explaining some amenities. We couldnt figure out how to turn on the stove or outside shower. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Absolutely FABULOUS!!!

The property was as shown, except you can't get a clear understanding of the amenities without being there in person. Everything we needed and more was available!!! And Randolph was OUTSTANDING!!! We had a few issues, but he was on top of things and got our issues resolved. Loved this house and we will visit again!!!

Lovely spacious home in nice neighborhood close to northern beaches on hotel row.

Beautiful home fully stocked with everything you need. Nice kitchen, living areas , bathrooms and comfortable beds. It was so much better and more economical than staying in a small hotel room at the beach for my conference at the Ritz - which was only 3 minutes away. The pool area and covered terrace was really nice to relax at the end of the day. Our biggest problem was finding the place. We had to pick up our rental car so got off track from the very detailed directions that were sent. (Warning- Google maps takes you to the old Opal neighborhood with dirt roads and not the newer Opal with paved road and speed bumps.) This was easily solved by a phone call to Angie who set us straight. There is no number on the outside of the house but it looks exactly like the photo. We had a brief issue with the internet which was handled quickly by a phone call to Michael who provides friendly onsite management. We explored all over the island, ate at great restaurants ( Barefoot, Lima Bistro, Passions, and did a beautiful sunset dinner sailboat cruise with Marciano of Morningstar as recommended by Angie. Overall, a great stay. Would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Aruba.

This was an amazing rental property. We had a terrific time. Only a couple small complaints; it is impossible to have a hot shower in the master bedroom..not sure if it has anything to do with it being the only room on the second floor…but only cold showers were an option. Second is that only 2 small hotel sized soap disks were provided. This was odd. We’ve always had soap available at house rentals in the past. A quick trip to the local grocery store and we had soap for each bathroom sink and shower. Other than those 2 small inconveniences, this was an amazing property, great location, perfect for a small group. Would definitely consider staying again!

Week in Paradise

This was our 2nd stay at this property!! The house is beautiful. Backyard with the pool is so inviting a great place to relax. It’s a good location easy to get to with no through traffic. Check in and out was smooth. Great communication. We would highly recommend this property!!!

One Happy stay

I highly recommend this property to anyone it is exactly how it looks on the pictures the owners think of everything we were there for our anniversary and they made it very memorable for us. The homeowners are very personable and will communicate with you answer any questions even make great recommendations for anyone Who’s never been to Aruba before anything from car rental, to restaurants, event activities.

A comfortable stay

The house was well equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. The kitchen had everything you could ask for when it came to cook meals. I would rate the house a 5 if it had a main floor powder room.

Beautiful property

This property is perfect for 3 couples.. it is a lovely property and has every amenity you could possibly need or want. Just be aware that the master suite is upstairs and you have 19 winding steps to climb to use your bathroom. For us it was not a problem but the other 2 couples would have had a problem with those stairs. The only other negative would be that there are no open cabinets to put groceries in if you choose to cook and use the kitchen. So everything gets stored on the counter, not a huge problem but it was just unusual to have every cabinet full and no empty one for groceries. The pool bathroom was a nice amenities and very nicely done. All in all it is a beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Aruba, Travis and Angie were great hosts and Julie was kind and eggy and helped with any concerns we had. ♥️Aruba and hope yo be traveling back again soon!

I don’t tend to leave reviews but had to in this case. Everything about the house was just perfect and it was even better than the pictures. They had everything we needed for trips to the beach and everything to make our stay relaxing when at the house. We will be back for another visit for sure!

Great Time

The property was great, everything you can ask for was at your disposal. The property is in a quiet, and safe neighborhood. Definitely need a car to get around but we didn't mind. Beach, stops and restaurants are 5 min drive. We are already planning our next trip to Aruba and will love to stay again.

Amazing property with all the comfort and amenities you could possibly need.

Pictures don’t do this property justice! Angie is a super owner that goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is an unforgettable one. We’ve been renting properties through out our travels for years and this one definitely ranks among one of the top. The house is within minutes to some of best beaches on the island and after a full day in the sand, a dip in the pool is just the way to cap the night. It’s a developing neighborhood so lots of new homes in the horizon that will continue to make it the place to spend a fantastic vacation with family and friends. Paradise

We loved this house! The whole trip was paradise! 5 min drive to beach and bars and stores. The only thing that could have been improved was the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub. It was never cleaned during our week. But overall would definitely stay here again!!

We first came to Aruba 10 years ago and found ourselves returning year after year and sometimes twice a year. While trying to escape the bitter cold weather of Wisconsin for the last twelve years we've vacationed through out the Caribbean but found ourselves always returning to the beautiful island of Aruba. After three years of searching for the perfect vacation home in Aruba. We've finally found it and it's truly a private paradise getaway!!!

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the fact that this villa is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood at the end of a paved cult a sac so the traffic is minimal. The kitchen being centrally located in the villa is ideal for preparing food and not missing out on a single thing. We love that the pool is located close enough to the veranda that whether you are relaxing under it or in the pool you can carry on a conversation without having to yell back and forth. There is nothing more inconvenient than having to dry yourself off just to go into the house to use the restroom. That's where the outdoor half bath just steps away from the pool really comes in handy! We really like the fact that the bedrooms are very spacious and all have their own bathrooms which really gives it a 3 bedroom suite feel. Last but not least the incredible views of the sun setting on the ocean from the front master suite balcony are priceless!
