• House sits on 7 wooded acres and overlooks a private pond and stream. Fire pit in backyard; wood and fire starter included. This house is adjacent to Childs Park and the 70,000 acre Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Hike from house to Dingmans Falls and Childs Park waterfalls. Only a few miles from from the Delaware River which features canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and of course, great fishing. The 32 mile McDade trail follows the river and is perfect for biking, hiking and cross-country skiing.
