The house was as advertised. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. However, there were no paper products (toilet paper, paper towel) in the house. The shower drained slowly.

Comfy spot with plenty of space

My partner and I loved staying in this home. It’s got all the essentials and then some. The neighborhood is small and quiet, off the beaten path. I hope to come back to this rental the next time I visit my folks. Bonus: the owners have a great array of cassette tapes to listen to as well as a mini Jenga set for a fun night in.

A perfect stay

My daughter graduated from ECU and I needed to be here. It was a wonderful place to go back to after long days!!! Very clean. Very comfortable. No complimentary coffee - bring your own.

GOOD STAY

Overall this place was cleaned. I really enjoyed the screened in porch. I was thankful for the additional toiletries provided. Only they that was a little off putting was the shower door, it kept falling off track...I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Watermelon Festival

Did not have the spa/hot tub as it said on the site. A few more coffee cups, plates and bowls would have been nice. We were not able to adjust the thermostat, just the ceiling fans. Liked the screened in porch out back.

Needs a lot of maintenance

Unable to open front door over halfway; it drags on carpet. Exposed wiring next to stove. Malfunctioning light switches. Multiple overpowering air fresheners attempting to cover an overpowering odor. Noticed foundation vent cover torn off at arrival. After 10 minutes, we realized we would not be able to stay in this house overnight. VRBO refunded our money that evening. We received a message that remaining money would be refunded, but we still have not received it.

Arrived and got in to the house without a problem. I really liked the screen in back porch. Everything was there, just as it said in the listing. The only issue that I have are the pillows. Very thin. If possible, bring your own. I would definitely stay here again.
