Why Peter Conway chose Stuart
We love the intimacy and slower pace of the Stuart area. The beaches are the best. No over crowding, less traffic and a friendly atmosphere.
What makes this Apartment unique
Being on the top floor in the corner gives us the best views of the beach and ocean because we are not looking across at the other building like many of the units in these buildings do. It is nice to have the uninterrupted views without 4 floors of condos looking back at you. All we see is ocean and beach. We also have no neighbor above us or next to us, so it is quiet and peaceful. It is imperative to be on the upper two floors if your views are important. The lower floors have limited sight lines of the beach and ocean due to the seagrape and dunes. We are constantly upgrading and decorating our beach house condo. Each year we try to add some new amenity or upgrade.
